Transformational Leadership Christian Academy, LLC was founded to bridge faith, leadership, education, and healing into one comprehensive mission of service.

We exist to develop leaders of character, strengthen marriages and families, support those navigating grief and loss, and equip believers with practical tools for ministry, professional excellence, and purposeful living.

Our approach is both spiritual and practical—rooted in Scripture, informed by professional leadership standards, and guided by compassionate care.

Dr. Constance L. Abbott is a distinguished executive nursing leader, senior pastor, educator, certified grief counselor, marriage counselor, and community advocate with more than 26 years of professional leadership experience and 53 years of life experience guiding individuals and organizations toward purposeful transformation.

She currently serves as:

  • Senior Pastor of Macedonia Baptist Church (Conyers, Georgia)

  • Director of Clinical Practice, Morehouse Medicine

  • Chaplain, Rockdale County Sheriff’s Office

  • Founder & CEO, Transformational Leadership Christian Academy, LLC

Dr. Abbott’s career uniquely bridges clinical excellence with spiritual care, community leadership, and counseling support. Her passion is to see individuals healed, families restored, and leaders developed to serve with integrity, wisdom, and compassion.
